This comprehensive remodel focused on renovating the Counts’ front porch and back deck to achieve a design that elevated the home’s curb appeal and outdoor living space.

First, We Created An Open, Inviting Front Porch:

We started by raising the floor, eliminating the step into the house and improving accessibility. We replaced the existing three columns with four custom-stained wood columns to enhance the structural balance. We achieved the client’s vision for an open, centered stairway facing the road, creating a more inviting design.

Then, Our Team Got to Work Revitalizing This Back Deck for Lasting Durability:

The back deck was completely transformed, turning a worn structure into a functional outdoor space. We began by replacing the posts and stairway stringers to ensure structural integrity. The composite flooring and bronze aluminum railing provided a low-maintenance yet stylish finish that will withstand the elements for years.

We also enclosed the area underneath the deck with interlocking tongue-and-groove panels, creating a clean and polished look.
